Returns & Exchanges
Every Nice Form Dept. piece is made just for you.
Because our products are printed on demand, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@niceformdept.com with:

Once reviewed, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.
Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has already entered production, we may not be able to make changes. Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require a new order at the customer's expense.
Lost packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement.
Order cancellations
Because orders begin production shortly after they're placed, cancellations or changes can only be made for a short window after purchase. If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
